Job Overview

What You'll Do

  • Act as a subject matter expert for employees and managers on standard People related processes outlining Criteo guidelines and best practice. This covers providing employees and managers with advice on how to handle frequently recurring questions related to time and attendance, leaves, benefits, etc., Responsible for providing escalated support on employee relations matters, including but not limited to pointing employees and managers in the right direction for all processes or policies related to leave of absences, performance issues, grievances, disciplinary processes, dismissals or redundancies.
  • Responsible for handling all aspects of Leave of Absence requests, from initial touch bases with the employee and their managers, processing the leave request in the HR systems and coordinating with our Leave Administrator/Vendor.
  • Work in true partnership with the People Business Partners, Global People Operations colleagues, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Management colleagues.
  • Preparing and issuing relevant documentation, typically using standard templates, to support all People related processes. This includes production of contracts of employment, variations to terms and conditions letters and other letters which are produced as part of the standard processes in Criteo.
  • Ensuring all data is accurate and up to date at all times and support compliance reporting (i.e. EEO & Worker’s Compensation).
  • Ensure all Criteo policies applicable are up to date and in line with local legal requirements and compliance
  • Support regional initiatives and projects to drive consistent processes, where possible consistent across all regions – for all core (operational) HR processes & compliance, including but not limited to the offer processes (offer letters, contracts), onboarding, off-boarding, benefits communications, employee administration.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required
  • Has a solid foundation in and knowledge of employment law applicable to client group in their remit and be able to consider employment law when providing advice to employees and managers.
  • Experience in a high-growth organization – high tech and digital environments;
  • Be an expert in industry best practices around functional areas of new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on HR deliverables;
  • Strong ability to deliver excellence and be unfailingly diplomatic in a high pressure and complex environment;
  • Experience configuring/supporting/testing Workday a plus
  • Data-driven and understands the importance of diligent operational processes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage metrics and trends for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
