Job Overview

Within the Retail Media organization, you will support the Account Management team in driving the relationship with our top retailers in France building optimization strategy and leveraging cross-team collaboration.

This involves managing and growing a large existing book of e-commerce retail businesses, deepening relationships within organizations and coordinating across internal teams to ensure that all facets of the program are running smoothly. Overall management of the program includes implementation of new placements, revenue monitoring and troubleshooting, leveraging data for upselling and strategic discussions, emphasizing the continued benefits of Criteo as a platform and monetization partner.

What you will do

  • Manage existing relationships to ensure client retention /satisfaction and grow inventory and yield
  • Help Retailers grow their existing monetization business with Criteo Retail Media Platform offering: advise retailers on placements, new products, and data monetization opportunities
  • Onboard new Retailers and their teams onto the Retail Media platform
  • Set up campaigns for the client in Managed Service mode and train client in Self Service mode
  • Build and enhance existing frameworks to grow existing retailer relationship
  • When applicable, suggest Criteo Demand to bring additional revenue for the retailer and negotiate terms
  • Find efficient and optimized solutions to clients for operational/technical issues (support Level 1)
  • Coordinate with Ops team to ensure seamless integrations and Retailers satisfaction
  • Work cross functionally to grow products and ops support for retailer growth
  • Collaborate with Product teams, to bring forward the needs of the user
  • Run thoughtful, data driven Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Be accountable for your Retailers portfolio revenue

Who you are

  • At least 3-5 years proven experience in direct client relationships in online performance advertising, ad tech, and/or ecommerce
  • Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
  • Passionate about technology, new media and how Criteo can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
  • Have a “can-do” positive attitude and the willingness to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel skills, with ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising industry and retail environment
  • Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops would be an advantage
