Job Overview

Managing the entire recruitment process from the brief with Stakeholders to the salary negotiation & closing of the process

Choosing appropriate venues (websites, direct sourcing, research, etc) to source candidates
Interviewing candidate with proactive approach to select and introduce the right profile in line with internal client’s requirements
Keeping current with new sourcing techniques, external market trends and serving as resource for areas of specialty in recruiting
Educate hiring managers on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process
Keeping up to date on market activities by reading industry papers, attending job fairs, professional conferences.
Always bringing knowledge back to Department and translating learning's into competitive advantage for Criteo Building strong relationship with stakeholders allowing a collaborative approach
Managing staffing metrics and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

What do we need :
5 - 7 years in recruiting in the tech industry International experience
Possess excellent customer service with ability to listen to employees and managers to understand and respond to identified needs
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, and with multiple partners, simultaneously Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Strong business acumen and communication skills Team orientated
Practically minded: able to roll sleeves up and get stuck in! Results focused
Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
