The Xandr Global HR Organization is building its compensation organization, and we are looking for a a seasoned leader in compensation to come lead our reward strategy for the Xandr global employee population. This dynamic leadership role will manage the full life cycle of reward related activities for Xandr, in addition to managing a small team of compensation professionals and being a key leader of the Xandr HR Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate has a balance of strategic thinking skills, with a "roll up your sleeves" and "can-do" attitude. This is a hands on role that one minute may be defining a new strategic program, and in the next minute partnering directly with a business leader thinking through challenging reward related business issues. The right person will have depth and breadth of experiences in reward strategies, and will be able to apply them to our industry, talent pool, and current. Context switching and ability to juggle a broad set of activities and deliverables is critical, along with someone who can set short and long term strategy.
