Job Overview

In this role, you will be a key technical resource and advisor across InfoSum’s product suite for prospective customers in Northern Europe. Your work will inevitably include contributing to sales presentations, providing product demonstrations, workflow modeling, solution design, and ensuring our customers fully grasp the value and benefit they can unlock from the InfoSum platform.

  • Present InfoSum technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers
  • Work with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of InfoSum technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation
  • Collaborate with the wider Customer Operations team, as well as Product Management, Engineering and Customer Success to continuously improve the InfoSum product
  • Use your ad tech knowledge to educate, problem-solve, and deliver guidance to our customers
  • Be the product expert able to represent all of InfoSum's offerings on behalf of the sales team to prospects, including a clear articulation of product roadmap features to be delivered, and dates to set expectations
  • Work with the sales teams during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the InfoSum products and/or services
  • Develop and maintain expertise in feature functionality and practical application of all InfoSum product offerings
  • Act as a Technical Consultant externally and internally
  • Understand and interpret prospective customer requirements, delivering customized product demonstrations to match customer needs
  • Design, validate, and document technical workflows to share with prospective customers and InfoSum teams
  • Voice of the prospect and Sales back to Product and Engineering teams to ensure feedback is captured and initiatives are executed
  • Work closely with Sales team members in RFI/RFP process and respond/guide in technical assessment areas
  • Assist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services
  • Quickly ramp-up on new releases, enhancements, and product functionality to ensure successful support for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct needs analysis and technical scoping sessions with prospective customers to gather and document key requirements
  • Understand client’s platform architecture & product adoption progress and document their technical setup
  • Identify product and process improvements and help drive efficiency

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in a pre-sales role is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Ad Tech industry and with Identity Resolution solutions
  • Knowledge of the GDPR and CCPA
  • Comfortable leading a room of both commercial and technical teams through our platform
  • Great communication skills. Prompt response and action when needed. People rarely need to follow up with you
  • Previous team management experience
  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking, and proactive


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Cognitive Science) or other quantitative field
  • Experience as a technical architect, technical sales engineer, or solutions architect
  • Understanding of data modelling and APIs
  • Understanding of connectivity and file transfer protocols and tools - e.g., SSH, SFTP, Cloud Storage (S3), GCP

We have a fantastic office in Basingstoke complete with a fully stocked fridge, catered lunch and snacks. However, like most tech businesses, we are fully remote and intend to remain that way until social distancing measures are over in the UK. When we return to the office, we will take the best bits of remote working but also foster face to face collaboration, with the intention that all employees will be in the office at least twice per week. Of course, if you prefer to be office based, you will be able to work there full time.

Whilst InfoSum HQ is Basingstoke, we also have a London office for sales and product operations colleagues as well as a growing presence in New York, reflecting the momentum we are gathering in the US.
