Client Support and Operations Specialist

Job Overview

The Operations team serves as an essential link between Sales (Agency Management and Account Strategy) and Operation teams (Ad Operations, Technical Solutions, Creative Services, Sales Operations) and is responsible for ensuring effective integration of all advertiser campaigns as well as handling customer requests for ongoing existing campaigns.

As the Client Support and Operations Specialist, you will be interfacing with multiple internal teams, processing change requests for existing advertiser campaigns, Insertion Orders (IOs), and other routine administrative tasks. You will also serve as the main point of contact for our customers. You are very organized and take tremendous pride in a job well done, leveraging Criteo's internal tools to ensure that nothing is forgotten during the process, striving for zero errors and efficient delivery of customers’ requests.

What you'll do

  • Align with Account Strategy and Agency Management teams regarding customer requests for existing campaigns, ensuring accuracy of campaign setup and delivery.

  • Coordinate with Sales Ops and Effectiveness teams to ensure accuracy of CRM Data

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and requests

  • Interface with proper internal operation teams to process Insertion Orders (IOs) and other change requests (tag, feed, creatives, etc.)

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Relevant experience in a previous operation or administrative role

  • Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) data input and management

  • Team player who likes to work with multiple teams across the company

  • High attention to detail and good at following dedicated processes

  • Native in Japanese with a proficient reading level in English
