This is a great opportunity for a highly focused and attentive individual to join a rapidly growing Sydney team within a high growth business that is leading in search intelligence.

The main function of this role is to work collaboratively with our Sales, Client Services and Trading functions to ensure that all changes to our client portfolio that are driven by the team are captured accurately and tracked diligently, and that campaign reporting is produced to a high quality.


You'll have a very strong attention to detail, high standards of internal communication, numerical analysis, team collaboration and multi-tasking. Most importantly of all, the ability to fail fast and learn even faster is crucial in this role. We want you to take personal pride in your work and be determined to improve at all times.

As a result of the above, this role has a high learning curve for the right candidate, as such you will need to be able to handle fast-paced change.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing business critical data input processes such as new clients, clients who have increased their spend or lost business
  • Assist Client Services and Traders with processes and data visualisation in Excel that enables them to identify issues and opportunities quickly
  • Provide first class customer service and build long-standing Partnerships with clients
  • Ensure campaign excellence end-to-end including trafficking tags, pixels, screenshots, providing regular reporting
  • Partner with trading team to track and monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure client’s KPIs are met


What you need to be successful:

  • High attention to detail and organisation skills
  • 2+ years ad agency operations, ad tech account management or programmatic client facing role
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel to manipulate data sets and identify anomalies
  • Excellent communication skills, both business writing and interpersonal
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask to achieve maximum efficiency
