Criteo has made significant progress towards becoming a global technology company that enables marketers and media owners to drive better commerce outcomes through Criteo’s world-leading Commerce Media Platform. Talent Acquisition is responsible for building Criteo's future with every hire and plays an integral part in our on-going transformation.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be directly involved in building and executing our talent acquisition strategy, with the goal to acquire top talent to support Criteo’s business transformation in APAC.

Based in Tokyo, you will source and recruit Sales and Operations professionals (Technical Solutions Engineers, Data Analysts, and Creative Designers), primarily for our Japan and Korea offices. You will be a part of the wider APAC Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices, interacting, and supporting your colleagues in Singapore, India and Japan.

What you'll do

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from kickoff with stakeholders to negotiation & closing candidates; onboarding top talent for our business

  • Determine the appropriate channels through which to source candidates (websites, direct sourcing, research etc)

  • Be the solutions-oriented Talent Advisor to your stakeholders, keeping up to date with new sourcing techniques, external market trends and act as a resource for areas of specialty in recruiting

  • Find and engage unique and passive candidates with creative sourcing techniques

  • Work cross-functionally with wider Regional & Central TA, People team to ensure a collaborative approach to hiring at Criteo

  • Share best practices with the wider TA and People teams

Who you are

  • 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with exposure to a technology environment and recruiting sales and operations profiles across Japan and Korea

  • Excellent communicator with the ability work effectively with cross-functional intra/inter-regional TA/People and business teams

  • Experience with sourcing tools (business networking sites, job boards, etc), Employee Referral programs, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR Information Systems

  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, and with multiple partners, simultaneously

  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with tight deadlines

  • Solutions and results oriented with strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills

  • Strong business acumen and communication skills

  • Open to learning and contributing to best practices

  • Fluency in English and Japanese. Korean language fluency is a plus.
