Building an advertising platform that accurately answers our client marketing objectives requires strong product managers and great software developers, but it also demands excellence from the commercial and operations teams. To best connect both worlds, Criteo can count on Go-To-Market Strategists, Product Marketing Managers, Product Sales Specialists, and Product Experts whose common goals are to ensure that products are best brought to market, correspond to client expectations and that their revenue grows – they work in close collaboration to achieve this jointly.
The Product Expertise organization enables our client-facing operations to scale and adapt as our products evolve and market adoption grows. We conveniently interoperate with internal-facing teams who design and build our products (eg. Product Management, Software Engineering), partner-facing teams who strive to strengthen our product suite offering (eg. Business Development) and client-facing teams who leverage our product solutions to prepare and launch client’s advertising campaigns, optimize and maintain marketing performance (eg. Ad Operations, Creative Design, Performance Data Analysis, Field Engineering).
Individual contributors to the team, the “Product Experts” are co-accountable for the customer success and growth of our marketing solutions. They build and leverage direct relationships with the aforementioned stakeholders to develop an expertise over the solution’s mechanics and to detect revenue-generating opportunities from market feedback. They, in turn, can influence product improvements and manage projects that aim at adapting and scaling activities from client-facing operations.
We are currently looking for a talented leader to join us and be responsible for our focus in achieving marketing outcomes in the mobile app ecosystem. As a marketing channel to acquire new customers and a shopping platform that complements physical stores and website, mobile apps are a key environment for many of our customers. The Sr. Manager will manage a team of 6+ app experts who share three common responsibilities:
- Develop understanding and in-depth knowledge of the Criteo’s App solutions, including technical inner workings, data models, business functionality and performance, their managed and self-service controls and best practices, and our product improvement strategy and roadmap.
- Act as a product evangelist and subject matter expert, providing support and opportunities to field engineering, field analytics, and advertising operations teams to converge toward the most successful use and extension of our App solutions.
- Strive to become a trusted advisor to our product managers and go-to-market strategists, best connecting our client marketing objectives with our App solutions, increasing customer success and participating in the rollout, growth and maturity of products.

Develops a strong understanding of the company, the product and our go-to-market strategies and roadmaps.
Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence the future direction of the App business and products.
Keeps track and ensure that we exceed client expectations, and achieve financial and commercial targets.
Contributes to the team effort and lead by example by accomplishing related results as needed.
3+ years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions
Strong knowledge of app technologies (eg. Java, Swift, Objective-C, JQ), and principles of mobile advertising (eg. deeplinking, postbacks)
Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, able to multi-task and manage deadlines,
Personal credibility and influencing skills, able to identify and resolve issues through collaboration and communication,
Outstanding relationship-building skills and ability to deliver results working with cross-functional teams,
Established ability to operate effectively and autonomously in ambiguous situations, with only high-level direction,
Maintain a positive demeanor, high energy, and contagious passion that helps others adapt to the changing needs of the business
Fluent in English.
