Job Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and market success of one or more core product capabilities. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that align with the long-term strategy for your products. You will be an expert in the needs of our customers and how your products solve them and will identify new market opportunities that should be considered. On a day-to-day basis, you will engage with Tapad’s engineering, marketing, sales, and partnership teams to ensure that objectives are aligned, products launch seamlessly, and communication channels are always open. You will be part of a highly collaborative team that continuously moves our products forward in the fast-changing world of adtech.

A day in the life as a Tapad Senior Product Manager:

  • Have an impact on overall company strategy through regular communication with senior leadership
  • Keeping up to date with cookieless future and other technology changes that affect our products and customers
  • Create and continuously refine a product roadmap that balances near-term opportunities with long-term strategic direction
  • Provide product requirements and direction to engineering teams, owning the product backlog for multiple projects launch of new products and features in the market in coordination with product marketing, sales, legal and other teams
  • Evangelize your products through regular interaction with customers and internal teams, and be effective and communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Own the positioning of your products in the market, including documentation of the competitive landscape and definition of key differentiators
  • Utilize your expertise to develop cutting-edge, scalable, best in class solutions for our rapidly expanding business
  • Conduct detailed, thoughtful, and timely technology assessments as part of the product management workstream
  • Establish goals and develop KPIs that will indicate the progress towards those goals for the rest of the business

We are looking for candidates who meet some of the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years professional experience, with 3+ years as a product manager for a SaaS or data product
  • Proven track record of establishing and executing a cohesive product roadmap that both informs and helps achieve the overall business strategy
  • Delivering business value to customers early and continuously while still working towards a broader strategic vision
  • Experience with iterative, agile product development
  • A self-starter who can identify key focus areas and prioritize time commitments in the absence of specific guidance
  • Bachelors degree or related experience

Bonus Experience:

  • Specific domain experience in AdTech, MarTech, or enterprise software product ownership
  • Deep understanding of digital identity, online and offline data collection, data onboarding, and data models
