Job Overview

  • Own analytics delivery for a specific region within MiQ and be the face of the analytics team to the market
  • Ensure time delivery of the pipeline with best in class analytics coverage
  • Maintain a strong connect with the market & understand the regional strategic priorities accordingly define the short and long term roadmap of analytics
  • Work closely with analytics excellence manager & analysts to plan delivery & provide context around market requirements
  • Drive innovative analytics use cases within the market with the aim of increasing analytics contribution towards revenue generated by MiQ
  • Share learnings, best practices across the business to gain efficiencies within the market
  • Educate market stakeholders and raise awareness around MiQ’s analytics capabilities
  • Setup processes & frameworks for cost tracking, effectively measuring contribution of analytics teams towards the vision of the department
  • Collaborate with product & solution teams on roadmap planning and provide regional feedback on product offerings/releases
  • Work with the analytics excellence leadership team for collective performance evaluation of DnA team & defining strategic priorities & overall direction for the team

PRE-REQUISITES

  • 5+ years of Analytics or consulting experience in a reputed firm
  • Strong understanding of technical & business aspects of analytics solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable in working with multiple levels of commercial stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to execute plans with speed and efficiency
