About this role:
This role will be working closely with ID5’s strategic customers (DSP, SSP, Data Platforms, Brands & Agencies). The candidate will act as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process and will also be on hand to resolve any issues once they are live with the ID5 service. This person will help deliver a service structure / Account Management plan to meet partners’ ongoing expectations. Crucial to this role is the ability to build relationships at multiple levels across an organization, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to understand technical setups within the AdTech industry to troubleshoot any issues related to the integration.
