The Technical Writer is responsible for developing and maintaining product documentation, to convey clear and effective product details for an optimal end-user experience.
This role will write new help center articles and update existing content like release notes, procedural, conceptual, and reference content based on content guidelines and existing processes for a Help Center hosted in Zendesk. The individual is also required to take screenshots and GIFs for inclusion in the articles. Becoming a subject matter expert is an important aspect of the role in order to create and deliver content in a fast-paced environment.
This individual will support the documentation team and play an active part in Amobee’s go-to-market process.
This role is available in any of our US office locations, remote or hybrid.
