We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Global Marketing Program Manager, Publishers to design and execute worldwide marketing programs and campaigns to support our Publishers (supply business). Outbrain works with some of the world's largest media owners including MSN, CNN, LeMonde & The Washington Post. This is a fantastic chance to join the global marketing team at a major global adtech company, taking responsibility for the day-to-day planning, implementation, and management of global campaigns for this customer segment. In this role, you develop the appropriate program content with the product marketing and industry sales teams, and report the success of the programs, and supporting campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Design global marketing programs that deliver on targeted results and objectives, while working closely with regional teams to support strategic execution of programs within regions.

  • Be responsible for innovating and designing campaigns and execution to support Publisher engagement and acquisition Analyze market, customer, and competitive information to support effective campaign definition and development, that meets multi-regional needs

  • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear communications and good working relationships

  • Ensure consistency and governance of our brand across marketing and communications content types and touchpoints

  • Story-tell, translating ideas and concepts into compelling narrative and programs by buyer type (ex. Email; paid media; digital/live events; content); socialize knowledge and insights internally to facilitate teamwork and knowledge transfer

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • A strong storyteller who can translate disparate concepts into one, cohesive narrative that resonates with the target audience

  • 3+ years of persona-led campaign marketing program planning and execution with tangible results

  • Buyer journey design and execution a must

  • Fast learner and problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Analytical and agile, with the ability to learn fast in a cross-cultural, cross-functional environment

  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines
