Job Overview

As an Agency Lead on the Marketing Solutions team, you will be in charge of selling Criteo Audiences, Video, Omni-Channel and Contextual Display to Media Agencies (Focus on Performance) and securing media buys. Whilst focusing on driving revenue from an agency portfolio you must be highly effective in navigating all facets of the sales process; from prospecting, to understanding media buying cycles, and through to closing business. We are looking for someone with an extensive media agency network who has experience in nurturing and building those deep relationships with Media Agencies.

What You will do

  • You will sell Criteo Solutions including video and programmatic display to media agencies across DACH.
  • Continuously prospect and pitch to agency planners and buyers digital and account leads, looking to drive the sale of new consideration and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Manage agency relationship from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales.
  • Create long term agency relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeat business.
  • Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS, …) and use that to fuel new business with existing agency clients.
  • Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify, present and close opportunities with new agencies.

  • Who You are

  • Experience selling video solutions and programmatic display.
  • Proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in complex situations.
  • Existing network within the DACH digital ad industry.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate with high integrity in any situation.
