As Criteo’s Retail Media business scales ever faster, the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Retail Media team is the primary finance partner for Criteo’s business leaders directly contributing to Criteo’s growth.
In this role you will be supporting the EMD Retail Media Americas and regional leadership team by providing analysis to support strategic decisions, conducting financial reviews of a wide range of business topics and managing financial processes such as planning, forecasting, reporting and performance tracking. As part of the Finance department, FP&A is actively involved in implementing processes that support business needs and the Criteo organization as a whole. In this role you will report directly to the Head of Finance for Retail Media and will have exposure to executive and senior leadership at Criteo.

Act as key advisor on challenges related to business growth, profitability, deal-making and resource allocationPartner with the Commercial and Operations leadership to drive the business by collecting, analysing and reporting results and insightsLead the end-to-end regional budgeting and forecasting. This includes running forecast review meetings with the Retail Media Americas leadership team, identifying risks and opportunities and preparing forecast outputEnsure the financial and operating targets are aligned with the regional strategic and operational planDrive process improvements across teams to support business growth and transformationProvide complex financial analysis and modelling to support leadership’s business decisionsBuild and defend investment cases to support growth projectsCollaborate with Central Finance teams in Paris to ensure completeness and accuracy of regional financial data and drive process improvements
What you will do :
Who you are :+5 years of experience within FP&A, Management Consulting, multinational company, audit or consulting firm (Big 4)Bachelor’s or Master degree or equivalent with major in Business or Finance or equivalent practical experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEnjoys challenges and thrives in a fast changing and demanding environmentQuick learner, pro-active and well-organizedAbility to deal with complexity and to handle multiple tasks concurrently with a high attention to detailAbility to work well individually, as a business partner as well as in a team environmentExcellent communication skillsGood knowledge of P&L and general accounting processesStrong Excel skills and experience in SAPKnowledge of data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Anaplan or SQL is a plus
