The Senior Marketing Manager, Retail Media APAC is central to our go-to-market efforts for Criteo’s Retail Media business in APAC. Your mission is to align Criteo goals with regional needs in APAC and translate those into a consistent, effective, and scalable marketing plan that will generate the thought leadership, awareness and demand to support the acceleration of Criteo’s Retail Media business in APAC.
Reporting to the Director of Global Retail Media Marketing, this role partners closely with our Retail Media teams commercial team as well as with our Product Marketing team and our Country Field Marketing Managers across APAC. A key part of your role will be to champion global, regional and local business priorities, and ensure they are reflected in our Marketing program design and deliverables. You'll be joining a global team based between Americas, EMEA and APAC.
What you will do:Work closely with the APAC country field marketing managers and the Director of Global Retail Media Marketing to define the marketing strategy and go to market for Retail Media in APAC.Act as Marketing business partner to the Retail Media leadership team in APAC and act as an advocate for Retail Media and your region within the wider field Marketing team.Adapt our global Marketing campaign strategy for the region and develop specific content pillars that align to regional needs.Own and operate the content strategy for Retail Media in APAC, working on everything from newsletters, seasonal reports, vertical-specific studies, to sales enablement.Increase the visibility of Criteo Retail Media and its senior leaders in the region, through organic and paid efforts, collaborating closely with the Global Marketing Team, PR and Analyst Relations.Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to develop and localize our client education program.Plan and execute a variety of client-centric Marketing Programs for both the supply and demand side of our Retail Media business, marketing the unique benefits of our platform to each audience.Organize and execute high-touch, high-impact events using both industry sponsorships and owned and operated events to connect with senior clients.Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.Become an active member of the APAC and global marketing team, taking cross-marketing responsibilities.
Who you are:Degree in business/marketing or similar, and 7+ years of Marketing experience. AdTech, eCommerce or Retail Media experience would be an advantage.Have prior experience marketing a platform and/or technology company. Bonus points for working on a supply/demand dependent business or for having a strong retail background.Fluent Japanese & English speaker. Bonus points for ability to speak Korean.You’re a sales/commercial minded marketer. You're comfortable working with sales and you think of them as partners. You have experience interacting with clients and being in sales meetings, pitches.A modern, data-driven marketer with deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, marketing automation, CRM – preferably with a b2b technology firm.Excellent communicator that’s comfortable speaking with clients and partnering with leadership.Client-Centric: business mindset, putting the client at the center of all marketing actionsInnovative – You seek out information, ask questions, and are excited by new ideas and challengesProject Manager – You have the ability to take a project and run with it from concept through to completionYou get things done.
