Job Overview

The Project Coordinator, will manage the client onboarding experience during new campaign launches, which includes in-house creative production of ad units, third-party set up of studies and beta creative executions.. This role is the hub of the wheel for the Account Services Team, scheduling and managing project timelines, collaborating with internal and external partners to provide a smooth campaign build, setup and launch experience for new and existing Clients.


  • Prepare project timelines, internal status reports, daily hot sheets, end of day lists and various other project management and tracking reports
  • Support the Creative Services Team by clearly communicating timelines, expectations and ensuring all requirements are executed for the creative projects
  • Share and help clients understand our onboarding process, set expectations early and oftenEnsure internal team adheres to client requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Translates client requests and requirements into detailed, and sometimes technical, instructions for Creative Services Team
  • Attend Kick Off Call alongside internal partner, share timelines and follow up with requirements and spec sheets for assets required before launch
  • Update internal stakeholders on status of assigned projects, communicate roadblocks and impact of campaign
  • Resolves problems using established procedures

  • Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of project coordination experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and GoogleSheets, GoogleDrive, JIRA)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountableStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt to change and a continuous learner
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with in-house marketing communications, or creative services department
  • Experience working in project management software, (i.e. Wrike, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Flow, Shotgun, or Basecamp)
  • Basic knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem (operating systems, devices, networks and ad specs)
  • Basic scripting language (i.e. HTML, javascript), macros, appending tracking tags
  • Familiar with digital asset management, image file types, file sizes
