Job Overview

An exciting opportunity to work within Captify’s programmatic team which oversees the external activations of Captify’s Programmatic Search Intelligence product across Display and Video. You will be responsible for the operational supply-side tasks to support multiple clients with their campaigns, working consultatively to ensure clients achieve their KPIs and delivery. You will work closely with Captify’s own internal Trading Team and Commercial teams to advise best practice and grow client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll be doing:

  • Use market leading SSPs, including Xandr and Pubmatic, to facilitate clients’ activations of Captify’s unique search dataset via PMPs
  • Manage any PMP troubleshooting or technical escalations involved with campaign launches
  • Work closely and consultatively with agency traders/trading desks through the initial set-up process, advising best practice
  • Manage performance and delivery of campaigns consultatively with multiple clients to achieve their KPI’s and maximise gross profit for Captify
  • Use market leading SSPs, including Xandr and Pubmatic
  • Work with multiple agencies, across both video and display
  • Help to develop Captify’s self-serve platform
  • Partner with Client Strategy teams/Sales to build client relationships and drive revenue

REQUIREMENTS:

  • What you need to be successful:
  • Experience using SSPs for programmatic activations and/or using DSPs (not essential)
  • Experience activating PMPs (not essential)
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and organise their workload
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Ability to effectively analyse data to make decisions and improve campaign performance
  • Able to problem solve and not give up if ideas are unsuccessful
