To support this, we have dedicated insights teams in each market (Sight) whose vision is to provide our clients with high value actionable insights. Our objective is to empower brands to understand business drivers through our insights, combined with the ability to quantify their marketing effectiveness, and therefore refine their strategies for success. Captify achieves this by uniquely being able to explore dimensions of intent signals, consumer interests, product perception, inner life moments and direct and indirect influences. At the heart of this is Captify’s unique Semantic Technology, powering insights and media on every channel and on every device.
The candidate will be leading a team of analysts and strategists based in our London office, which forms our UK Sight team. They will be responsible for leadership and setting the direction that drives both retention and revenue growth through the delivery of high-quality insights to our clients. They will work closely planning with the Sales and Client strategy teams as one of the key partner functions, ensuring that we are continually delivering class leading insights that matter to our clients. Ongoing review of prioritisation, pipeline management and team utilisation will naturally be required to ensure we put the focus in the right areas within a high velocity/demand environment. It goes without saying, collaboration and innovation as part of the global community is expected with ongoing active dialogue with your peers in all markets.
This will of course centre on using the extensive data assets that are at the core of Captify, analysing our extensive proprietary assets as well as campaign data. A proportion of this is automated via our platforms, however there is a significant opportunity to conduct exploratory analysis, develop and test hypotheses and continually innovate through curiosity as no one client is the same. These innovations ultimately contribute to product development as the voice of the insights customer, therefore expect to work extensively with the Global Director of Insights and product teams.
