As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll lead a small but flexible team with direct access to key leaders and internal decision makers. Your regular partners will include senior members of the leadership team, product and development organization, and sales organization as well as your colleagues in the Marketing team. As a product-driven organization with B2B clients, Adform provides constant opportunities to shape new and existing products with a tangible impact on the global digital advertising ecosystem.

You'll conceive and develop sales collateral and innovative marketing programs that communicate the value and competitive differentiation of our solutions while driving demand. As Director of Product Marketing, you will be the expert on our client types, how they buy, and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to our global sales channels. The ideal candidate can drive the whole process from conceptualization and positioning to creation of sales material and the activation of this in the markets for sales readiness and demand generation activities under the guidance of our SVP of Marketing, and alongside our Director of MarCom.

Key responsibilities

  • Product positioning – deliver differentiated positioning for the overall solutions and features within our technology stack offerings.
  • Messaging Development – Create differentiated, high-performing product naming and customer-facing messaging. Develop messaging strategies and hypothesis that resonate across the buyer journey.
  • Product launches – Work closely with the SVP of marketing, MarCom, and c-suite to shape, support, and structure product launches and sales initiatives.
  • Sales enablement – communicate our company and product value proposition to the sales team and develop the sales assets that support the selling process.
  • Market intelligence – be a specialist on competitors and build strategies to differentiate and better serve our customers with a special expertise in the needs of advertisers and agencies.
  • Cross-functional leadership - Develop and build positive relationships with product, marketing, and sales and service teams across all seniority level.


  • 5+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in developing simple but powerful messaging.
  • Demonstrated passion for the customer, gaining customer insights by way of research and in-market testing and translating insights into successful execution.
  • Strong experience in coupling impactful messaging in-line with customer buying journey.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly evolving industry that requires a blend of strategic thinking and highly flexible and adaptive adjustment on the go.
  • The ability to distill down and structure highly complex data and input in a structured fashion paired with great project management skills to drive execution with colleagues and partners.
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

  • Digital advertising, adtech, or martech experience is ideal.
  • International work experience or previous experience in a global organization.
