ID5 provides premium media owners and independent technology providers with a transparent, scalable, privacy-compliant advertising identity solution to help them to compete with these tech giants and to continue to attract advertising budgets.

Launched in September 2017, ID5 currently employs 15 people and works with premium publishers, advertisers, and ad tech platforms globally, including Mail Online, Cafe Media, DPG Media, Figaro, Prisma Media, Discovery, Future Publishing, Stroer, and more. The company plans to double its team in 2021, to expand the business in the United States and to increase its footprint globally. The company recently raised $6 million USD in Series A funding and plans to double its team, expand the business in the United States and to increase its footprint globally.

ID5 is a remote-first company, allowing employees to work from different locations and time zones indefinitely. We equip our team with all the tools needed to perform their work remotely and we ensure that the team bonds and stays connected thanks to regular all-hands meetings and standups, communication tools such as slack and zoom, and by organising regular offsites. About this role

ID5 is looking for a PR and Content Marketing Manager to help increase the company’s awareness and thought leadership globally within the digital advertising industry. The successful candidate will use their skills to create thought-provoking and educational content that increases ID5’s reputation. The PR and Content Marketing Manager will establish collaborative relationships with industry journalists and regularly write and distribute PoVs and press releases to generate awareness and interest around ID5’s initiatives. The successful candidate will own ID5’s visual identity, manage its social media channels, and create promotional content (written, visual, video, audio) that resonates with ID5’s audience and generates engagement.

What will you do?

  • Develop relationships with key industry media contacts and seek opportunities for publicity by pitching stories and distributing materials to industry publications
  • Monitor industry media to learn about the latest developments in the sector and share relevant information with the team
  • Create and maintain an active editorial calendar of appropriate content for all ID5’s marketing channels
  • Write blog posts, whitepapers, educational articles, video scripts, infographics, website content to increase ID5’s awareness and thought leadership
  • Manage ID5’s social media accounts and leverage different forms of content (visual, video, polls etc.) and look for new engaging ways to promote ID5 across channels
  • Be responsible for ID5’s brand identity: create and maintain presentations decks and brochures in collaboration with ID5’s freelance designer
  • Create content to pitch ID5 spokesperson at industry events and create presentation content in collaboration with the presenters

What are we looking for?

  • 3 -5 years experience working agency-side or in-house for the tech provider ideally in B2B space
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms
  • Experience creating or contributing to the creation of content pieces such as blog posts, articles or longer forms of content such as reports and whitepaper
  • Familiarity with design tools and experience with the creation of visual content
  • Highly organised and proactive, always looking for innovative ways to push brand initiatives while staying on top of the day-to-day
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as cross-functionally
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment
  • Experience in the programmatic / ad tech industry is preferred but not required
