Job Overview

The goal of the Product Architect role is to align the architectural design of all major components of IOW product environment (D2P, BidSwitch, TI, Curation, BidCore, Performance) and make sure they all fit into holistic architectural design and follow the defined “Custom on Top of Product/Platform” strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own holistic architecture of IOW trading environment

  • Develop platform architecture strategy

  • Identify, drive and execute service unification projects that build up IOW trading platform

  • Architect internal product and platform solutions to ensure they provide the necessary level of optimization and flexibility for the company external products and services

  • Align the APIs between various components of the system enduring the support for highly customizable client-specific projects on top of generic reusable platform

  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and our capabilities

  • Work with key product, technology, commercial stakeholders and external client partner teams to deeply understand market and industry business requirements

  • Ensure that the platform architecture strategy aligns with the business goals of the products and with the overall company strategy

  • Foster strong collaborative approaches to prioritization and communications with all PDG internal stakeholders including Business Groups, Marketing & Strategy, Technical Platforms & Infrastructure, and Commercial Services

Role Requirements:

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, 4+ years in a product architect or a similar role

  • Proven track record of designing complex solutions across multiple teams

  • Ability to manipulate multi-layered business and marketing requirements in alignment with multi-component technical solutions and infrastructure

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced cross-functional environments, open-mindedness

  • Passion for solving complex cross-functional problems involving high level requirements and a lot of stakeholder alignment

  • Good understanding of adtech as an advantage

  • Strong organizational skills, proven team management and leadership experience

  • Written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level
