You’ll join our Agency Relationship team reporting to the Manager of Agency Account Management. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, educating, empowering, and building deep partnerships with our agency partners. As an Agency Relationship Strategist, you'll act as the voice of AdRoll within agencies and the voice of agencies within AdRoll. You will be instrumental in providing consultative value to our agencies by helping to achieve their clients’ marketing goals through the adoption of the AdRoll product suite.

The impact you’ll make:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing AdRoll agencies
- You'll focus on revenue growth (cross-sell/upsell), retention of accounts as well as driving agency depth by pitching and onboarding new clients within your agency portfolio
- You will foster and strengthen relationships with our agency customers as well as provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance to help them to serve AdRoll’s marketing platform to their clients
- Work collaboratively with the New Business Sales team to onboard new agencies and develop, retain, and grow these relationships
- You'll work closely with sales support teams across Campaign Management, Dynamic Creative, New Business Sales, and Optimization departments to optimize and troubleshoot online advertising campaigns
- You'll be required to travel several times a year for onsite education presentations with your key agency partnerships, building new agency media buyers relationships and motivate further platform adoption.
- Develop relationships within partnered agencies at all levels including senior partners, specialist teams, trainers and client relationship teams.
- You will partner with the Product team to proactively surface client feedback and work cross-functionally with internal teams to manage client billing needs
Skills you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the AdTech, SaaS or MarTech industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred
- Ability to facilitate virtual and on site presentations and educate key agencies partners across the North American Region
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, preferably experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- You're very organized and experienced in managing/prioritizing a high volume of tasks
- Passionate about collaboration and working cross-functionally with a host of different teams
- Adaptive to change and have the ability to learn quickly
