Job Overview

As an Account Director for UK you will be responsible for commercially growing existing and agency & brand relationships in the UK market. Your focus is on the growth of relationships within your Book of Business, using regular conversations with the clients to uncover their challenges and matching those challenges to solutions provided by Adform FLOW. Whilst driving revenue, you will also ensure that these key accounts get the best possible customer experience and you will work with an extended team to provide best-in-class support. You will report to the Country Manager UK and will be part of the global Commercial team at Adform.

Please note the role is Maternity cover with an option to make the role permanent at the end of 2022 by mutual consent.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leverage your many years’ experience in the adtech industry and your existing network to engage clients and agencies within your Book of Business about Adform’s Solutions.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers and work with them in a structured way; regular calls and meetings in order to ensure a good relationship and give them understanding of Adform products and services.
  • Drive Account Management best practices on your existing book of business (Account Plans, QBRs, Monthly reviews) with a view to growing the revenue in the client base by Cross-sell, up-sell and retention.
  • Answering client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing and new customers
  • Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and in collaboration with team members
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities (Upsells, Cross-sells, new business) 
  • Ensure that Clients gets best in class Service and support. Deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other local and international team members within Adform
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events
  • Support the on-boarding process of new Clients 

We expect you have:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in programmatic 
  • Good network of clients and agencies in the UK market 
  • Good level of understanding of media and marketing in general and the role of programmatic in that mix
  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Experience in running accounts / Customer Success Management
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • Strong at building relations
  • Presentation skills
  • Proactivity & Leadership skills are required as you will work both autonomously and within the UK team 
  • Adaptability and Flexibility of working for a small team and filling gaps where needed
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Customer orientated attitude
