Job Overview

Reporting to the SVP Global Sales & Partnerships, the Director Global Reseller Partnerships is an integral commercial leader within Adform’s global partnerships leadership team.

This is a global role operating in a matrix organization, the successful candidate will lead the strategy and build a new partner sales channel to deliver revenue growth by signing and developing reseller partners globally and locally.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leverage your experience in creating partnership frameworks and your network of senior leaders within reseller, to successfully sign and develop reseller partnerships and build a strong partnership leading to mutual revenue growth on behalf of Adform.
  • Work with senior commercial leadership to set strategic commercial objectives, build and deliver reseller strategy and growth plans.
  • Develop & implement sales and partnership strategy for reseller networks to deliver set revenue objectives quarterly and annually.
  • Act as a resource/role model for other team members by sharing best practices. Drive knowledge sharing and actively engage into cross-functional/cross-regional collaboration to advance strategy and revenue objectives.
  • Manage all relevant stakeholders and represent Adform's position when issues arise. Drive internal alignment with Commercial leadership, Product, Services and Global teams on go-to-market strategies in relation to your strategy and portfolio.

We expect you:

  • Have strong network across resellers and the partnership industry with a good understanding of reseller’s landscape, dynamics and needs.
  • Have proven track record in building a successful partner channel sales delivering significant revenue growth through the partner channel.
  • Are able to manage complex and/or multinational/Global Partnerships and channel sales processes including contract negotiations.
  • Can demonstrate a good knowledge of AdTech, MarTech solutions and the Media Industry.
  • Have good understanding of Adform's Integrated Advertising Platform value proposition and its product areas.
  • Have advanced skills in building & managing sales pipeline across distributed teams.
  • Have advanced project management skills to steer and orchestrate all relevant markets.
  • Have excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team).
  • Are a confident presenter with the ability to effectively use storytelling & facilitate internal and external meetings.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills applied on different levels of seniority.
  • Are able to build trust with the client with track record as trusted advisor.
  • Can simplify technical concepts to non-technical audiences and adapt the communication style and message content to different types of audience.
  • Can build and keep network inside the account(s) and the industry.
  • Are able to provide and receive constructive feedback.
