Job Overview

Zeotap is looking for a client-focused Customer Intelligence Platform (CIP) Trainer to join our global team to provide onboarding and product training for our existing customers and partners. Ideal candidates possess a strong training background working with technology, SaaS platforms, ideally coming from the Martech industry (DMP (Data Management Platform / CDP (Customer Data Platform)) and have an interest in working directly with clients to provide consultative training based on their business needs.

Your Impact
This is an incredibly important role as you will directly impact the growth and trajectory of Zeotap. You will be masterful with internal and external engagements and put the customer in the center of everything you do. You will work closely and collaborate with the Zeotap ecosystem to inspire them to support you so you can exceed your assigned goals.

Responsibilities:

  • You will build and deliver training programs for our existing customers and partners globally
  • You will design and implement effective training methodology to develop the understanding and implementation of our SaaS Customer Intelligence Platform
  • Identify and analyse use cases to develop practical training solutions for selected audiences
  • Continuously develop the training methodology and industry knowledge (Martech/Adtech) in order to provide the best training delivery
  • Develop best training practices and processes for successful client/partner onboarding
  • Work globally with our Alliances and customer success leaders to define targeted training strategies
  • Develop a long-term strategy for learning solutions, while aligning them to the goals of Zeotap and both partners and the customer
  • You will be an inspirational training professional that creates a vibrant, inclusive culture that inspires people around you to do their best by epitomizing our 4 core values (Trustworthy, Agile, Pioneer & Result oriented), while you create and execute strategies, drive collaboration and align resources and extend our culture to our customers and partners
  • You adhere to Zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures. You complete all the awareness training assigned on time.

Requirements:

  • Broad-based business expertise with 5+ years of technology training experience.
  • Proven track record of building workshops and training programs in a high growth technology company, ideally Ad and/or Marketing Technology company
  • You have an understanding of the digital marketing industry - how the ecosystem works, how marketers operate and think, what are the challenges
  • You are able to build your own workshop curriculum and deliver it to various audiences: partners and customers
  • You are great at presenting and enjoy training and sharing knowledge with others
  • You are open for international travels (Europe/India)
  • You work well in a team environment, especially with other departments to ensure partner and customer satisfaction
  • You speak English on a native level and any other European language is a plus
