We are seeking a dynamic, organized, self-driven Learning & Development Partner to join our People & Culture department as part of the Organizational Development Team and drive meaningful learning & development programs to Outbrainers all across the globe.
As a Learning & Development Partner you will be responsible for designing and implementing E2E global learning & development solutions and processes in partnership with the business and other People & Culture team members, working closely with the Global OD Director. You will be responsible for driving our learning operational excellence, and partnering within Outbrain and outside of it to enable smooth execution of the various learning & development programs. You will develop eLearning solutions and manage various learning platforms to provide relevant and impactful learning experiences.
Design and lead E2E global and local learning & development programs according to business needs.
Manage closely Outbrain’s various learning platforms and LMS, including ongoing maintenance, content review, reporting, updating existing resources, and promote adoption across the business.
Gather and analyze data to guide decision-making processes related to learning & development.
Develop and promote learning programs and initiatives through multiple channels.
Use your creativity and experience to build unique, tailor-made development programs, using multiple platforms and methods.
Build relationships and provide learning & development consulting to multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Understand and identify trends and research in modern adult learning and apply them to Outbrain’s learning programs and strategy.
Work with managers and other People & Culture team members to evaluate skill gaps and identify relevant learning solutions to address them.
Monitor, measure and evaluate the learning program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically.
Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and managers.
Oversee all aspects of the company onboarding processes including planning and scheduling
3+ years of L&D / OD experience in a global tech company
M.A in Industrial-Organizational Psychology/Organizational Behaviour/Instructional Technologies or related field - preferred
Extensive knowledge and experience of LMS/LXP tools’ implementation and management - a must.
Passion about all aspects of learning & development.
Strong ability and hands-on experience in designing, implementing and facilitating workshops and training programs in a fast-paced organization.
Highly collaborative, communicative and great teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
A quick learner, who always keeps an open mind and willingness to be challenged.
Ability to gather and interpret data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to deliver and facilitate learning sessions (in English) for various populations.
