Job Overview

Amobee is looking for a talented and passionate Analyst who has a keen ability to explore data sets, identify trends, and give valuable insights. The Analytics Lead will lead data-driven initiatives and perform deep analysis to help generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The Analytics Lead will help the Amobee account team answer key business questions by designing, developing and delivering high-impact analysis using the breadth of digital sources centralized in the Amobee platform. The Analytics Lead is able to bring strong analytical skills and strong consulting skills to hone in on client business questions and objectives. They will also implement the best analysis that can achieve an impactful business outcome.
Top performing Analytics Lead will bring analytical rigor, clear and concise communication skills, innovative and critical thinking and collaborative abilities. This is a client facing role.
Responsibilities

  • Perform deep analytics on campaigns and provide expert guidance to Amobee account team and client analytics and marketing teams.
  • Externally, the Analytics Lead must uncover the key business questions facing a client, design and execute the right analysis to address those questions, and be able to demonstrate the impact of their recommendations.
  • Internally, the Analytics Lead will be engaging with Amobee account teams, Sales, Engineering, and Product to work collaboratively and bring demonstrable value to the client in order to succeed.
  • Design and conduct dashboards; audience analysis; forecasting / prediction of campaign KPIs; A/B test design, execution and measurement; and audience segmentations.
  • Aid in generalizing custom analysis for broader application, and assist in ad hoc reporting and analytics requests.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics focused roles
  • Proven ability to own complex client deliverables with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Proven self-starter with interest in building skills to be successful in a fast paced and ever changing environment with a proactive and results oriented personality
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills in a consultative, client-facing environment
  • SQL or other structured query language
  • Preferred skills: R, Tableau, experience with online advertising technologies
  • Demonstrated familiarity with basic statistics and A/B testing concepts
  • BA/BS, or graduate degree preferred with a strong academic record preferably in analytics or quantitative field
