The Addressable TV media marketplace is a new, complex, and fast-moving space.

The Role Objectives

The Engagement Manager is a key member of the Finecast Engagement Team.

The role will report to Chris Rose and will primarily support the UK business, working closely with Client Services, Marketing & Operations

Revenue

With support of key Directors, ensure that product revenue goals (monthly/quarterly/annually) are achieved across Mediacom. Work with key implementation stakeholders to ensure that Finecast products are adopted across all relevant clients.

Working with the Mediacom stakeholders to provide an accurate forecast across all products for the quarterly GroupM submissions

Evangelise

Educate and inspire clients regarding Addressable TV propositions, opportunities and products

Encourage inter-agency coordination, engage effectively and drive adoption of Finecast products whilst developing the business into other areas within the agencies e.g. closer coordination with comms planners and digital teams.

Help build and then maintain strong collateral pieces relevant to the group, agencies, and clients by liaising with product team members to understand proposition, product features and KPIs.

Grow

Develop points of view to give guidance on core topics like audience, inventory, data sources and measurement.

Support client strategy development, presentations, and pitches as necessary with materials, fresh content and build collateral.

Candidate Requirements

Market Knowledge

Strong converged AV and digital video knowledge in order to educate and evangelize to our partners, clients and the wider team. Continual development of your knowledge to ensure you are at the forefront of industry developments.

Communication

Polished presentation skills with excellent Communication skills, effectively translating complex ideas into easy to understand, workable solutions; comfortable in speaking to any level of seniority, tailoring your message as appropriate.

Direction & Execution

Best practice generation – evidence of having developed and executed on process/workflow/best practice business projects
