Job Overview

The Engagement Executive is a key member of the Finecast Engagement Team.

The role will report to an Engagement Manager and will primarily support the UK business, working closely with Client Services, Marketing & Operations

Revenue

With support of an Engagement Manager, ensure that product revenue goals (monthly/quarterly/annually) are achieved across GroupM Agencies. Work with key implementation stakeholders to ensure that Finecast products are adopted across all relevant clients.

Help to manage and update pipeline across the group for Engagement team using internal tools.

Evangelise

  • Educate and inspire clients regarding Addressable TV propositions and products
  • Help and support the engagement team to with inter-agency coordination, engage effectively and driving adoption of Finecast products.
  • Inductions to all agency new starters/grads etc

Grow

Support client strategy development, presentations, and pitches as necessary with advice, materials, fresh content and build collateral.

Candidate Requirements

Market Knowledge

Strong interest and thirst to learn and develop understanding in the digital and AV environments, incorporating research, business development/engagement and software application (i.e. Saleforce & Microsoft Office).

Communication

Solid presentation skills with a base to learn and adapt from as you grow into your career. Internal communication with industry press etc.

Confident communicator, able to hold ones own in conversations with multiple levels of leadership.

Direction & Execution

Work alongside engagement team to ensure efficient ways of working and alignment on day to day agency / client relationships
