WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, your key performance indicators would be:

  • Attracting and hiring the best talent in the industry
  • Develop and plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience and management
  • Be a talent advisor to the business and provide guidance to build great teams
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager/candidate satisfaction.
  • Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management.
  • Participate in special recruiting projects and University Recruiting

Core Responsibilities

  • Planning & Organizing
    • Facilitation, implementation, and management for all phases of the recruitment life-cycle process.
    • Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that mitigates bias and is compliant with all policies and legislation, in addition to following best practices for applicant tracking, interviewing, and hiring
    • Report on monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment budget with guidance from Recruitment Manager and Finance
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
    • Source and attract talent and handle special projects such as creating innovative strategies to locate talent and assess a high volume of applications
  • Adapting to Change
    • Identifying key shifts in the hiring market then leading, developing, and implementing sourcing strategies that produce a continuous, highly qualified pipeline of professionals for all departments at MiQ.
    • Participates in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports measuring recruiting efforts against the existing recruiting plan and provides recommendations for improvement.
    • Solve challenges and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches,identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seek out responsibilities.
  • Communication
    • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
    • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders when required.
  • Commercial & Entrepreneurial Thinking
    • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
    • Executes initiatives for Employer branding and advertising opportunities with open MiQ positions.
  • Project Management
    • Manage and train on the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, offers, use of ATS processes, systems, policies and programs.
    • Manage time and effort across hiring projects: sourcing strategies, timelines and deliverables for projects, taking initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks
  • Persuading & Influencing
    • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management, demonstrating the ability to anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences by delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
    • Develop strong relationships across all MiQ markets through a strong customer services mindset and data driven approach to strategy and execution in hiring.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS.

  • 6-8 years of full desk recruitment for either of the teams(Technology ,Data Science and Analytics) as a Recruiter
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Background and experience in AdTech/ MarTech , Product companies preferred
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies using varies social media platforms for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a effective attention to detail
  • Ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements to MiQ's recruitment efforts based on business needs
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Reduce Reliance on 3rd party firms
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and highly proficient in Boolean logic
  • Desired experience with Greenhouse ATS and sourcing through non-conventional channels
  • Up to date with regional laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
