Job Overview

This role will be working closely with ID5’s supply-side partners (Publishers and SSPs). The candidate will act as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process and will also be on hand to resolve any issues once they are live with the ID5 service. This person will help deliver a service structure / Account Management plan to meet partners’ ongoing expectations. Crucial to this role is the ability to build relationships at multiple levels across an organisation, a strong attention to detail and capacity to understand technical setups within the AdTech industry to troubleshoot any issues related to the integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with strategic global publishers & SSPs to explain the ID5 value proposition and its benefit in a cookie-less world
  • Onboard publishers & SSPs to the ID5 identity platform by explaining the service, liaising with the various stakeholders (commercial, technical, legal), communicating technical specifications and providing training and support.
  • Be the first point of contact for usage-related questions, coordinating with internal resources (product, operations, R&D) to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Define and deliver a service structure to these partners to expand ID5’s scope of work (adding new geos and developing more senior relationships) and to meet their ongoing expectations
  • Liaise with ID5’s Product and Development teams to contribute to the design of new features and capabilities to improve the service by providing feedback from clients and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Up to 4 years of work experience in Advertising Technology.
  • A keen interest in technology and ideally with foundational experience in Ad Operations or Technical Account Management. Someone with a quantitative mind, who has a strong interest for and understanding of digital advertising technologies and has the ability to simplify complicated technical topics
  • A person committed to customer success with a strong sense of service and willingness to help grow relationships.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build strong trusted relationships, fluent in English and ideally in a second language
  • An entrepreneurial-minded individual who will thrive in a startup environment. Responsibility, autonomy, enthusiasm, humility, drive and a willingness to learn are key characteristics required to be successful in this role
