Outbrain is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Sales Development Representative that would like to make their first career steps in a fast-paced advertising technology company. You’ll be an integral part of our growing Global Growth team and will be responsible for qualifying all leads that enter our pipeline, responding to potential customers and providing them with appropriate support.

Your first year should look like this:
In your first month, you should find your bearings, get to know the team, begin to grasp the digital marketing ecosystem and deep dive into our Outbrain Amplify product.
After three months, you will be a pro at navigating our internal systems and processes. You’ll research, qualify and connect with leads with ease. You’ll master explaining Outbrain and our product offerings.
After six months, you will have full ownership of the lead qualification process including making process and strategy improvements to drive efficiency and maximize success.
When you finish up your first year, you’ll be an essential part of the Sales Development team, having substantially contributed to the team’s market penetration.
Maintain SLAs for first response to all inbound leads.
Research new prospects through various channels (web, social media, LinkedIn, etc) to assess potential.
Conduct lead qualification calls and provide a high-level pitch about Outbrain and its products.
Route and handoff leads to internal teams based on predetermined qualification criteria.
Ability to multitask and prioritize a large list of leads.
Maintain engagement with leads through proactive follow-up communications.
Update and manage leads and activity in Salesforce.
Innovate and test creative ways to improve conversion rate of leads.
Communicate and collaborate with team members on best practices and processes.
Monitor and provide suggestions to improve lead processes, metrics, and external communication to maximize success.
