Job Overview

This role is part of the core UK trading and optimisation team within Captify. The successful candidate will be working in a close team optimising search intelligence display, video, and brand digital advertising campaigns. Liaising with account management, technology, product, and analytics teams on a daily basis. The candidate will receive extensive trading experience and get a strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and RTB by using major DSPs and SSPs

This individual will need to be; passionate about digital advertising and hitting client KPIs, love problem solving and lateral thinking, have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy working as a team. We’re looking for candidates who are not afraid to test a wide variety of optimisation methodologies, think outside the box, and are motivated by building and growing a companies success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll be doing:

  • Make use of Captify’s unique data set to optimise multiple search intelligence display advertising campaigns
  • Optimise programmatic, direct response, and brand advertising campaigns via real-time bidding platforms, to ensure quality performance and profitability for clients and Captify
  • Use market-leading DSPs, including Xandr, DV360, and The Trade Desk
  • Use market-leading SSP, including Xandr, and Pubmatic
  • Hit client goals by driving users to advertisers sites
  • Provide detailed feedback on campaigns and changes made
  • Help to develop self-service offer by running SSP campaigns
  • Provide assistance to the self-service PSI team and the managed service trading team
  • Liaising closely with Account management, technology, analytics, and sales departments

REQUIREMENTS:

What you need to be successful:

  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and organise their workload
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Ability to effectively analyse data to make decisions and improve campaign performance
  • Able to problem solve and not give up if ideas are unsuccessful
