Job Overview

The Account Management team is right at the heart of everything that we do for our clients here at Captify. The team is responsible for delivering campaigns, exceeding client goals and providing best-in-class service levels to ensure that we grow our client spend by being a trusted partner. The team is also responsible for coordinating with our internal teams to make sure that we give our clients everything that they need to grow their relationship with Captify.


We are looking for a team player with great attention to detail and a keen desire to grow and support clients on their campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, for both internal and external conversations, and will not be adverse to getting stuck in. This role will give you the opportunity to be the voice of the client within the Captify business ensuring our products, targeting and services align to client needs.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring that our clients are retained and focus on rebookings for your campaigns
  • Providing industry-leading support to our clients via Excel reporting, weekly calls and post campaign analysis presentations
  • Ensuring that we are set up to achieve great results for our clients and are able to deliver their budgets in full
  • Provide a bridge between our clients’ needs and the internal teams who can bring this to reality
  • Demonstrating proactive methods of growth to the AM team to understand how to scale our existing business through best-in-class service
  • Developing relationship outside of AM to wider business teams ( e.g. Sales, Trading, Finance)
  • Significant contribution in external meetings with senior support assistance
  • Able to assist in objection handling
  • Develop a solid understanding of Captify product offering vs competitors
  • Building strong relationships with key external stakeholders - AEs and AMs- to make sure that Captify are front of mind with our clients


What you need to be successful:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • The ability to plan your time efficiently will be key within this role, not only to manage the workload but also to free time for you to learn more about our offering, our clients and the wider advertising ecosystem.
  • Attention to detail will be a key component of this role as well as not being afraid to analyse processes and suggest improvements
  • Experience of customer service and knowledge of how to develop the understanding of what success looks like for our clients
