Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the technical relationship with Criteo’s Global supply partners specializing in Real Time Bidding (RTB). The role will be in charge of portfolio of platforms specializing in display and native ad formats. Responsibilities will include support of new and existing RTB Exchanges, optimizing Criteo's performance and effectively coordinating communications among teams such as sales, product and engineering.

What you'll do

  • Maintain deep understanding of the Criteo product from a technical perspective
  • Manage and coordinate communication with our Global Partners (SSP/Exchanges) that sell inventory programmatically (in real-time) to Criteo
  • Global day to day contact
  • Maintain and animate weekly calls; join and participate in QBRs
  • Escalate issues and push for fast resolution; communicate to internal and external stake holders on progress and bug status
  • Find area of improvements to drive success of partnerships and product enhancements
  • Monitor quality score of integrations and aim for 100% bidding efficiency
  • Work closely with product and R&D to implement new features
  • Be in charge of testing and campaign set up
  • Liaise with escalation teams to ensure follow up, fast resolution and postmortem on bugs and delivery incidents
  • Lead cross team projects to unlock new opportunities
  • Use and/or build real time monitoring tools to ensure optimal delivery
  • API integration to monitor postfiltering, query databases, troubleshooting end to end request/display, test latency etc.

  • Who you are

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Working knowledge of database querying (SQL, Vertica, Presto), general coding (Python) and web-based languages (JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS)
  • 2+ years of client facing experience with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • AdTech industry experience in a similar position and RTB familiarity are a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Is organized, methodical, and accurate with excellent project management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively verbally and in writing
  • Work well in a close-knit team, instinctively sharing product insights and documenting new information
