You will be part of the Sales Effectiveness function, reporting to the Global Director for Sales Compensation and Sales Effectiveness. You will be accountable for defining and driving commercial process and tooling improvements, and developing workshops and training to drive awareness and adoption of existing and new sales enablement tools. You will work closely with both the inside and enterprise sales and account management organizations, local and global sales operation teams, global process excellence team, internal IT teams, and other stakeholders.
