Job Overview

You will be part of the Sales Effectiveness function, reporting to the Global Director for Sales Compensation and Sales Effectiveness. You will be accountable for defining and driving commercial process and tooling improvements, and developing workshops and training to drive awareness and adoption of existing and new sales enablement tools. You will work closely with both the inside and enterprise sales and account management organizations, local and global sales operation teams, global process excellence team, internal IT teams, and other stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Monitor and improve commercial processes: measure process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies, review and optimize processes, deploy new process effectively thanks to strong communication & change management skills
  • Work with business and sales operations leaders on processes essential to salesforce productivity:
  • pipeline management
  • territory management
  • reporting
  • sales process optimization
  • sales CRM training
  • Develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency by fostering an organization of continuous process improvement for our sales teams
  • Work collaboratively with the Process Excellence and IIT Team to continuously improve the CRM system to optimize customer centricity, enhance functionality for the sales users and maximize reporting outputs
  • Develop and maintain processes to capture and communicate key customer intelligence within the CRM system
  • Incorporate feature requests or new tools into product roadmap based on leadership / end users business needs in order to optimize Sales processes
  • Keep track of industry trends to identify new ways of improving our sales process efficiency
  • Nurture long-term partnerships with key internal stakeholders to implement, track and report key metrics to drive performance while gathering feedback
  • Participate in the animation of a Sales Effectiveness community to ensure alignment, brainstorming and knowledge sharing across regions

  • Who you are

  • Previous Project Management / Business analysis experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a strong plus
  • Experience working and configuring sales tools is a plus
  • Business Intelligence tools proficiency is a plus
  • Capability to understand complex data structures
  • Curious and self-driven
  • 2-3 years of experience working with sales teams. Inside sales experience a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills to manipulate data
  • An excellent communicator, facilitator, influencer, and change manager with the ability to work across boundaries to influence a broad range of stakeholders and teams
  • Excellent speaking and writing in English (all communications & meetings are in English)
  • Experience working within a complex environment (international, data driven, matrix organization)
  • Great organizational skills; ability to manage several work streams and projects at once
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Above all, you’re not afraid to go outside of your comfort zone, you’re proactive, a fast learner, and have a great sense of team spirit
