Job Overview

Campaign management is a key function within the business – it requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage the full life cycle of online ad campaigns and satisfy the demands of multiple stakeholders (media agency, creative agency, publisher) often to tight deadlines.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some experience working within Campaign Management or Trafficking, who is looking for a role with more responsibility where they can grow and develop their knowledge and understanding of the role and the industry. The ideal candidate will be a cohesive team player who has the ability to communicate effectively with clients and eventually build external and internal relationships.

Along with an aptitude for new technologies, proven experience within a similar role is essential, although we are willing to consider candidates who have very limited experience. You are an energetic and friendly team leader who can easily prioritize and multitask in our fast-paced environment.

You are positive-minded, energetic and can work efficiently multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has excellent written/verbal communication skills, is highly organized and eager to learn! You are proactive, professional, detail-oriented, service-minded with superior project management skills; all leveraged to get the client’s goals across the finish line and grow revenue for existing business and support the commercial team to help win new business!


Client Relationships:

  • End to end campaign management from pre-campaign discussions, campaign setup, delivery of adfiles / flashtalking ad tags through to troubleshooting

  • Liaising directly with Creative Agencies, Media Buyers and Media Owners to ensure smooth delivery of all aspects of campaign.

  • Handling multiple campaigns at any one time and meeting tight deadlines, while providing exceptional support to clients on Flashtalking systems.

  • Proactively understanding potential problem areas and ensuring they are avoided or resolved.

  • Troubleshooting creative, site tagging and tracking issues that may arise throughout the process.

  • Attending client briefings, considering how best the client brief can be met and identifying opportunities for increasing revenue and efficiency.

  • Continually developing and maintaining existing partnership relationships

  • Owning billing process across all accounts, ensuring all invoicing is completed correctly within the needed timeframe across Flashtalking’s automated billing system

  • Identifying process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow

what you bring

Flashtalking is a highly technical independent digital marketing platform requiring candidates with:

  • Some experience in online trafficking and ad operations, either agency or publisher.

  • An understanding of the Digital Media ecosystem

  • Direct experience with 3rd Party Ad Serving platforms

  • Highly autonomous, self-directed and independent in both work and learning, with a desire to quickly learn and develop new skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Proven experience building client relationships

  • Flexibility and adaptability in being able to take on new campaigns and advertisers with little notice or training

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Effective time management, planning and prioritization skills
