The Commercial Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the end to end operation of our ad campaigns, reporting to clients, and thinking strategically about a client brief - how can we combine our expertise and options to best serve their needs? Joining a small operations team, you’ll be expected to be a keen learner and ask questions, while taking an active role in ensuring client success and smooth delivery. As this role is both client facing and has technical elements, good people skills and an analytical mindset will set you up for success. A typical day could involve:
Adjusting live campaigns to maximise their performance
Preparing reports for existing activity
Coming up with new approaches for an urgent response to brief
Creating and delivering a PowerPoint for a big end of campaign presentation
Designing and developing case studies to help support our sales and marketing teams
Talking with publishers and technology vendors to improve the product
Working with some of the world’s biggest brands - from Reebok to Ribena, McDonald’s to Macallan
Creative input, helping design eye-catching and engaging ad units
Onboarding new charities, ensuring they feel their brand is in safe hands
You’ll also need to listen carefully to client feedback and will work with our product team to better refine our offering so it’s as relevant and useful as possible for our customers. As a young business, our product is continuously evolving and improving, and we expect all team members to actively contribute to this process. As such, you will also be required to work collaboratively with all internal Good-Loop teams.
