Job Overview

As part of Criteo Finance Transformation and Services team, you will directly contribute to support Criteo transformation. We are strategic thinkers and problem solvers consistently working to improve and support our teams’s processes and work. Rightful sparring partner to our finance shared service center and our sales and operation team, it is also a great opportunity to work on an End to End transformation project.

What you will do :

  • As the OTC project manager, you will be responsible for strengthening and supporting our current back office processes.
  • You will have the following tasks and responsibilities on the Retail media business stream :
  • Lead and support AS-IS process improvements and address immediate attention points
  • Drive AS-IS Process diagnostic and identify all pain points / dysfunctions that impacts the LTC Retail media activities in coordination with Business
  • Document processes and maintain these process documentation.
  • Expert relating to OTC issues : Adhoc review of new deals and non standard deals from an order to cash perspective
  • Support Commercial teams on finance related issue
  • Regular coordination with OTC team leaders (sales admin/billing/cash collection), process owners, key users on current operational issues
  • Operate change management with process owners.
  • Facilitate interaction between key users, Process owners and IT
  • Define specific KPI OTC framework to drive efficiency, monitor progress
  • Lead RMP OTC process to support Retail Media growth on the new REtail Media plateform
  • Define and implement a Target operating OTC process focusing on new Retail Media platform
  • Project managing and implement them according to the roadmap
  • Ensure stakeholder commitment and good collaboration (commercial, finance, iT, product teams etc).

  • Bachelor, M1 or M2 degree in Business and Finance
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand different environments and End to End processes
  • Project management methodologies
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional team as part of transformational projects
  • Strong finance and accounting understanding
  • Experience working with CRM & ERPs tools is a plus (Salesforce & SAP)
  • Humility, team player, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent organization, time management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively across functions/teams
  • Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills
  • Languages : Fluent English
