Job Overview

Criteo is in search of a detail oriented Campaign Manager to join our Client Services team for the Retail Media Division in New York, NY. You will manage a book of business, ensuring we recognize as much revenue from those IOs as possible, all while balancing the client’s goals and objectives. You will work with both business stakeholders, ensuring we are delivering a world class client experience, as well as working with technical teams to surface and solve problems. We are very excited to be in the US as a profitable and growing company, but most of all, being positioned as a global leader in personalized Retail Media solutions.

What you'll do

  • Ensuring we spend as much of the campaign’s booked revenue as possible by working with the retailer team for inventory recommendations
  • Optimizing campaigns and proposing strategies to help meet or exceed the customers performance goals
  • Pull basic reporting to supplement those strategic recommendations
  • Monitoring the health of your book of campaigns, and working with the technical services team to troubleshoot issues
  • Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies

  • Who you are

  • 3-4 years experience in campaign management
  • A flexible and quick thinking individual able to troubleshoot both within the team and outside of the team
  • A self-motivated individual willing to think outside the box & role to generate results and growth for the team
  • Understand how to prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity at any given time
  • Ability to work with and across multiple teams of varying focus including – Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product, AdOps, Technical Services
  • Ability to work in a fast moving company and industry
  • experience in digital ad operations or QA at a publisher, an ad tech company, ad agency, or ad network
