The Strategy team serves as Flashtalking’s engine for scalable growth by focusing on three key objectives: (1) accelerating revenue; (2) elevating Flashtalking’s market leadership position; and (3) building new business capabilities. Ours is a small team of smart, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who exercise leadership by serving the needs of our clients and commercial team.
The ideal candidate is a smart, highly energetic, intellectually curious professional who is motivated to make a tangible impact on the business. He/she may have an MBA and/or 2-3 years of management consulting experience or, alternately, 3-5 years of experience working in the digital marketing organization of a major brand in one of our target verticals. Digital marketing experience is a must; knowledge about the paid media ad tech ecosystem is a plus. He/she must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships both internally and with clients. He/she must be a good business writer - as we author all our own content – and a strong presenter.
Serve as the business lead responsible for launching our Identity capabilities and growing our revenues.
Lead the development and execution of our Identity Go to Market strategy, including market analysis, customer needs, competitor assessment, product/offer definition, partnership strategy, pricing, and channel strategy.
Function as the “Project Management Office (PMO)” coordinating all cross-functional workstreams (i.e. Product Management, Product Marketing, Biz Dev, PR, Commercial Team) and interdependencies; lead bi-weekly status reviews with Executive team.
Initiate, activate, and manage relationships with key ecosystem partners.
Develop our Identity “messaging platform” and partner with Marketing to develop marketing & sales collateral, webinar content, et. Al.
Support Commercial Team as subject matter expert in client meetings, pitches, and proposals.
Serve as the Flashtalking’s Identity “evangelist” by developing thought leadership, speaking on panels, attending conferences and events, et. al.
Develop sales training materials and conduct training sessions for the Flashtalking team.
