The Strategy team serves as Flashtalking’s engine for scalable growth by focusing on three key objectives: (1) accelerating revenue; (2) elevating Flashtalking’s market leadership position; and (3) building new business capabilities. Ours is a small team of smart, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who exercise leadership by serving the needs of our clients and commercial team.
The ideal candidate is a smart, highly energetic, intellectually curious professional who is motivated to make a tangible impact on the business. He/she may have an MBA and/or 2-3 years of management consulting experience or, alternately, 3-5 years of experience working in the digital marketing organization of a major brand in one of our target verticals. Digital marketing experience is a must; knowledge about the paid media ad tech ecosystem is a plus. He/she must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships both internally and with clients. He/she must be a good business writer - as we author all our own content – and a strong presenter.
Work closely with Project Management leadership to assist in bringing our identity offerings to market, supporting the sales effort, and overall be our strategic lead for building our business.
