Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner to join our EMEA Sales Operations Team and partner with the Europe Head of Mid-Market and the Europe Head of New Business in all Sales Operations functions.

Acting as a “Consultant” of the Heads of, you will be a key contributor on the success of these areas of the business being part of the organization and sales strategy design and execution. The main focus will be on evaluating sales and account management performance and improving efficiency through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Business Partner
  • Drive Europe MM and New Business quarterly planning, target setting and achievement tracking processes in close collaboration with the Business Operations Team
  • Drive weekly business performance review, provide regular updates to the Management, challenge the teams and track progress on associated priorities
  • Drive new business territory sizing and support new business strategy & action plan
  • ·Drive local implementation of global commercial strategic initiatives
  • ·Drive adoption of Sales Solutions (primarily Salesforce) and associated Sales Effectiveness Processes within the region. Ensure data integrity of Salesforce and other Sales Solutions in close collaboration with the Sales Effectiveness Team
  • Strategic Partner
  • Support Europe Head of MM, Europe Head of New Business and their Teams in the definition, implementation & tracking of quarterly priorities
  • Create performance narrative and challenge the team through monthly & quarterly cycle
  • Run in depth analysis to highlight business drivers and opportunities for improvement/growth
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & implement solutions that drive new business/growth opportunities supported by strong analytical insights
  • Provide analysis to support process improvements initiatives and productivity gains

  • Who we are looking for?
    Candidates who possess:
    · BS / MS Degree or equivalent experience.
    · 3-5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, Consulting or Investment Banking, with increasing responsibilities
    · Advanced Analytical & Excel skills
    · Attention to detail and process oriented
    · Demonstrated track record of cross-functional facilitation and partnering in a matrix organization
    · Ability to maintain positive relationships on a senior level to accomplish organizational goals in a multicultural environment
    · Expertise in developing and implementing streamlined processes
    · Ability to work autonomously, with a keen attention to details and a high sense of prioritization
    · Expertise in Salesforce and/or analytical tools (SQL, Tableau) is a plus
