Job Overview

As a Manager within the Analytics team, you will oversee a team of talented digital analysts who are responsible for leveraging online campaign data to support our clients’ overall business objectives. You will be tasked with managing the day to day operations of a team ensuring deliverables are relevant, accurate, timely, and meet the needs of our clients’. Reporting to our Director of Analytics, this role will play an integral part to ensure Xaxis continues to be defined by our innovation-focused thinking and ability to continually progress the analytics department.


  • Manage and help grow analytics support across existing and client new business
  • Supervise, train and mentor experienced and junior digital analysts
  • Identify measurement opportunities, research and/or advanced analytics that supports our clients’ marketing objectives
  • Use Statistical and Data Mining methods to project and explain client performance
  • Act as primary day-to-day contact on insights and analytics to digital and traditional media managers and clients
  • Manage project timelines and deliverable schedules and share concerns about deliverables, timelines, and issues with project managers and director
  • Consult client teams on strategic decisions based on data insights
  • Develop analytics proposals and strategies to present to clients
  • Identify and partner with external measurement vendors and third-party data providers


  • 5+ years of experience in statistical analysis, segmentation, predictive modeling, consulting and project management, preferably within the digital marketing space
  • 1-2 years of experience in a people management or supervisory role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science. Economics, Operations Research or related quantitative field OR an Associate's Degree with 7+ years digital media analytical experience
  • Graduate degree in a similarly related technical field is highly preferred
  • Thorough understanding of online marketing,digital metrics and programmatic
  • Experience working in a closed room environment such as ADH or AMC
  • Deep knowledge of various measurement and campaign management technologies such as:
  • Website traffic analytics software (tagging and log file based) such as Omniture orGoogle Analytics preferred
  • Ad serving platforms such as and Sizmek
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, online advertising, customer segmentation, targeting, direct marketing, customer care)
  • Possess excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills.
