‘’Headlight’’ is a customized programmatic solution launched by Xaxis globally for one of its key client – ford, in partnership with GTB Team. Under this model, we provide media execution services to ford across video, display & audio solutions. This comprise of a dedicated team structure for Ford who works very closely with GTM team.
As an Engagement Manager for headlight, you will be responsible for evangelizing all media solutions with GTB team for Ford, and developing deep relationships to ensure optimal adoption of all product features. You will collaborate with a group of quick-witted co-workers at GTB and client team who are all passionate about digital media. You will engage with internal team, Team GTB & client in professional and social settings, build relationships and define and implement products, which make us indispensable to our client.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three month:
- To be up to speed with the headlight value proposition and media solutions available for Ford to leverage & achieve defined KPIs.
- Started to build relationships with the client & team GTB with pipeline forecasting of upcoming campaigns.
In six month:
- To be able to present Headlight capabilities and new headlight points of to team GTB & client.
- To drive new product solutions & identify new opportunities to build a mature pipeline and close the existing opportunities for headlight.
In twelve month:
- Driven new revenue from offline media budgets to online product solutions through proactive pitches, new product offers and thought leadership to client teams
- Handle internal teams for execution, billings & manage media planning for Ford.
- Get rooted in team GTM & client to manage campaign expectations & drive business with outcome driven approach.

What you will need
- You should be good with data.Data modelling experience is preferable
- Overview of the programmatic platforms - DBM, other DSP is preferable.
- Knowledge of PG, TG, Auction deals
- Understanding of ad tech eco system – DCM, Ad verification, DSP, DMPs
- Working experience of client servicing.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor degree majoring in marketing or media preferred
- Proven successful engagement, business development, sales, and planning skills
- Experience in understanding a commercial business
- 7-8 yrs years of experience in Customer service, sales, or account management areas
- Proven commercial experience in online advertising sales related industry
