Job Overview

The Amobee Performance Strategist is responsible for maximizing performance to drive growth and acts as a consultant on campaign design, optimization, and testing. The Performance Strategist is responsible for advanced campaign design and troubleshooting, partnering closely with account teams and internal departments. In addition, the Performance Strategist analyzes advanced data sets and develops and documents best practices to create efficiencies across design, setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. The Performance Strategist leads vertical knowledge sharing and identifies product development needs, collaborating both internally and externally with clients, partners, Product Managers and Application Science teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review and consult on campaign design for feasibility to ensure setup for success
  • Act as the in-region consultant for performance arm
  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to optimize complex campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Analyze performance data to investigate hypotheses and to identify meaningful patterns in large, multi-dimensional datasets
  • Develop actionable recommendations to maximize campaign success
  • Become an expert on the use and best practices for the Amobee Platform and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with the Account Team when client is running Experiments, Head-To-Head tests, and products or features in the Beta stage
  • Work with Product Management and other cross-functional teams to help define features and enhancements to improve the platform
  • Act as point of escalation for performance and delivery and help escalate to product and engineering
  • Serve as subject matter expert and assist in developing training and best practices

  • Requirements

  • BA/BS, or graduate degree preferred with a strong academic record
  • 5+ years experience and proven track record of delivering exceptional ROI on complex digital campaigns
  • Expertise in working with ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data
  • Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results
  • Expert level Excel skills, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
  • Preferred skills: SQL or other structured query language
