Job Overview

The Technical Account Management team sits at an intersection of almost all teams within Captify meaning that you would have an opportunity to see many different aspects of the business. TAMs support the activation of advertising campaigns for our client partners, and assist in resolving technical issues and providing guidance for technical set up to fulfil strategic long term goals. Within this team, you will get an opportunity to work with Sales, Client Strategy and Account Management teams along with Traders on creative and campaign management across a variety of formats and get familiar with industry 3rd parties that Captify partners with.


This role would suit you if you are someone who wants an opportunity to continue to develop your skills and educate yourself on a number of technical topics across the Ad Tech industry. In addition you want to test those skills by explaining complicated topics to those without the same expertise, taking information and simplifying it for others to be able to action. You would also be suited if you want to work with numerous different technology partners and develop best practice for working with those partners and own the uptake of that best practice across the business.

You would need to be someone who has no trouble handling high numbers of responsibilities coming from separate sources with different priority levels. You’ll also have familiarity with several DSPs and Ad Servers across the AdTech Industry. Confidence reading and troubleshooting HTML code in order to resolve issues and errors with creative code will be beneficial as well as familiarity with any additional creative technology.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist internal sales, client strategy, account management and trading teams providing technical support and knowledge.
  • Provide cross team support across client partnerships.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Support technology partnerships both internal and external.
  • Support internal teams with delivery of all product, data and technological solutions and strategy.
  • Assist in hands-on support for general team deliverables as required by the business.
  • Develop technical understanding and aptitude of Captify technology partners.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical integrations with partners.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical expertise across the business.


What you need to be successful:

  • Experienced with digital advertising
  • Good understanding and experience of DSPs, adservers and the wider programmatic landscape
  • Technically focussed
  • Ability to communicate complex product/tech language to commercial teams
  • Well organised, including strong time-management
  • Strong interpersonal skills – operating with an “open door” attitude
  • Highly analytical and numerate
