Criteo is in search of an organized self-motivated Account Strategist to join our growing Account Strategy team. You will be supporting our Retail Media business, an exciting and growing product within Criteo’s product suite. Retail Media is a network of over 40 + retailers where brands compete in an auction to display at the top of the retailer’s digital shelf space. You will be responsibility for the day to day relationship with the Retail Media customers, ensuring we are meeting their goals, and being a pivotal part of growing these partnerships. We are very excited to be in Korea as a profitable and growing company, but most of all, being positioned as a global leader in personalized Retail Media solutions.
What you'll do
Managing the day to day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations.
Digging deep into the campaign data to build future client strategy.
Present that recommended strategy to the custom during regularly scheduled status calls and check ins.
Partner with the sales team to upsell accounts and drive additional revenue through insightful learning and recommendations.
Work with internal campaign management team to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, goals are being met, and technical issues are being troubleshooted timely and efficiently.
Who you are
2-4 years of direct client management experience in a data driven environment
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience required
Worked in a fast paced environment
Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company
Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate complex situations
Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Genuine enthusiasm for an interruptive space that is in constant motion and desire to influence through hard work, idea generation and teamwork
Fluency in English and Korean
